[identity profile] partyofthree.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
We're going to start trying for a new baby in September. We had a out last child's names picked out for three years, it was either going to be Kade Michael or Jada Emily---well we had a Kade and he's not a fan of Jada Emily anymore (it was three years ago so...i guess time=change) anyways--we're stuck on the name Riley if we have a girl and I really like Erik for a boy, but I'm just not coming up with any middle names.

So fill in the blanks for me here:

Riley _______ Loftin
or
Erik _______ Loftin

YES i know that Riley has an "L" sounds near the end and Loftin begins with "L" so it may be hard to say, I dont care. :P

& P.S. Torey Elizabeth is MY name.. I'm not a fan of naming kids after parents but I really like "Riley Elizabeth"....or the hubby suggested "Riley Emma"...ehhh I dunno. this is harder the second time around.

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw Riley ____ Loftin was Elizabeth! But that could actually be because I thought of Elizabeth Loftus... she is a researcher involved with finding out whether memories are reliable in court and stuff like that, but not many people would know that and it's not a bad association anyway.

Riley Elizabeth Loftin goes well =)

Elizabeth is very pretty with Riley. I like a strong, feminine, classic name with a name like Riley that is still unisex.

I think Jada Emily is gorgeous, too bad he doesn't like that much anymore!!

I've actually only ever heard Imogen pronounced "IM-oh-jin" (sounds like Emma Jen)

I think "IMM-oh-jeen" (sounds like Emma Jean) would be the American spelling of Imogene.
