My area manager Jenipher's niece just had a baby girl on Saturday, she's Lacey Lynn(it may also be Lacy, I'm not sure)
and we have a new manger at work, who has 3 daughters and they are Holly, April and Lindsey(Not sure on the spelling of Lindsey either)

I don't mind Lacey (though I like Lacy better) but the combo Lacey Lynn is waaaay too cutesy for me.

Lacey Lynn sounds soooo stripper. But as in, true stripper combo name. The kind that makes you want to ask "hey, where's your sister Silky Sandy?"

Jenipher...if her parents wanted to make it an interesting name, they should've named her something other than Jennifer, because that's just ugly. It's like a mixture of Jennifer and Juniper.

I'm not a fan of alliteration, so Lacey Lynn is a little too cutesy for me. Holly, April and Lindsey just aren't my style.

I love Holly and especially April, but I'm not too fond of Lindsey & Lacey. I like the sound of Lacey, actually, but it's just too...I don't know. Like you're describing a piece of clothing.
