The mn is pretty odd, but compared to what gwen stefani called her child, this name is fabulous.

I quite like Gia, actually. Zavala, eh, I'm not crazy about, but I think you can do a lot more creative or interesting things with middle names, so it's okay. Definitely better than Gwen's baby's name.

Gia reminds me of that supermodel. Angelina Jolie played her in a movie.
I quite like Gia, and it was paired with a more nomral mn it would be a good combo.

I don't like Zavala. Gia's an alright nickname though, but I don't like it as a given name, especially when his first daughter is Isabella.
