I had to share this one.
My friend has been seeing this guy of late, who's sister's name is:

Milly Molly Mandy Mox M_______

When she turned 18 she changed it to just Milly.

Parents named her after the books: http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/images/c3/c16743.jpg

Also last night at the supermarket, there was a mother yelling fairly loud a child named 'Jeshua'. Like Joshua, but pronounced Jeh-shu-ah. Is that a biblical name?

Googling says it's Hebrew and a variation of Joshua.

Joshua = J/Yeshua = Jesus. All depends what translation you're in.

(Yay! I'm using my religion degree!)

Are you positive she wasn't British? Because my cousin's name is Joshua, but even he himself says "Jeshua" because he has a British accent.

I have no insight on Jeshua, but I was curious as to where they got the Mox part from :)

The second person is correct. Jeshua derives from Jesus/Joshua, and is absolutely a valid name.
