Some (fairly) interesting names I came across during my holiday

Nanou (Nah-NOO)

Xuxa (pn. SOO-sah)

I should add that hyphens are common practice here. I had never heard of Riley or Sadie on a Dutch girl before, though.

EDIT: I just read some online birth announcements, and one babygirl was called 'Kick'.
I think it's ridiculous.

I'm living in The Netherlands, so little children won't associate her name with 'kicking'...but I still think it's awful.
