Spotted this is a local UK Newspaper:

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/s/213/213859_mum_with_a_dozen_reasons_to_smile.html

A woman with 12 kids, who has named them:

Jodie-Lee, Steven, Georgina, Arron, Riga-Marie, Lucy-Anne, Callum, Gina-Louise, Luca-Jane, Mia-Bella, Blousy-May, Forlan, Jenson.

Personally, I think some of the individual names are okay, although I never was a fan of hyphens. Also, I grant you may be running out of ideas by kid number 8 or 9, but I still don't think there's much excuse for Blousy-May...

WDYT?

Hahahaha Blousy-May. My name is May so I find this to be very funny.

I have to say, I too have never been a fan of hyphened names. I do like Georgina, Lucy, Callum and Jenson [Jensen is how I prefer it]. Really though, I think that we all agree...Blousy-May?!

I agree with you wholeheartedly, hyphens, Blousy-May and everything... ;¬D

Riga-Marie reminds me of rigor mortis. It's goofy that some of the names are double first names and some aren't, and I don't like:
Jodie
Arron (I'd like Aaron for a boy or Erin for a girl.)
Riga
Callum
Luca (especially with a sister named Lucy.)
Mia-Bella (the names are okay separately but I don't like the flow together.)
Blousy (Uh, run out of real names, or just go crazy from all the others and name this one after the laundry?)
Forlan (Is this a real name? I'd never heard it.)
Jenson

There are some decent names mixed in there, but yeah...

Jodie-Lee - I like both names separately (although I'm biased because Jodie's my name)
Steven - Its NMS and I prefer 'Stephen' but not a bad name.
Georgina - Nice enough
Arron - Aaron would be much nicer.
Riga-Marie - Hate Riga but like Marie.
Lucy-Anne - NMS but not bad.
Callum - Like.
Gina-Louise - Dislike
Luca-Jane - Dislike.
Mia-Bella - Like separately but hate together.
Blousy-May - Hate.
Forlan - Hate.
Jenson - Hate.

I like Georgina, Lucy, Anne, Jane, Mia, and Jenson. I can't stand first names that are hyphened and a lot of the combinations are so old... and not in a good way. =\

Hmph. I, for one, would never run out of names. In fact, I'd be pouting because I'd have too many to use!

Were they trying to do a "my beautiful" with Mia-Bella?

And I think they let one of the younger kids name Blousy-May. There's no other explanation. What if she becomes Prime Minister?

I'm hoping the next one will be "Fishy Bob", a la Eddie Izzard.

Lucy-Anne is the only one where I *kinda* agree with the hyphenation. That's really strange though. I feel kinda bad for Georgina being the odd girl out, but at the same time, she's kinda lucky.
