This reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend the other day about his idea (that his partner would have shot down anyway, I'm sure) for naming his kids. "That's all well and good, until you have kids named Sung-Hye, Ming-Yi, and Bill." He said he hadn't thought of that.

And I think it's a major no-no to use two similar names in a family.
My name is Meredith and I won't even use Mary, a name my husband loves.

it reminds me of a name I've heard recently: Maria Monroe (lastname), which I found very intriguing, but probably more because of the piercing monroe.

I used to love the name Love. (Had a period where I wanted four girls: Faith, Hope, Love and Charity.) Then I realized how silly the name was.
