Met a baby named Adora. I really like it, even though it is not my style. WDYT?

Baby names from a family reunion:

Cooper and Logan - cute kids, I am not crazy about the names.
Anya - love it.
Sierra, Janessa, Andrea - they went for a theme, don't really like any of them.

Also, I met a long lost cousin, who kept on talking about "Connor". I spent the whole day thinking it was her young son's name. It turned out to be her husband. Is it just me or does Connor not age very well? I can't imagine a grown Connor...

I like Adora.

My brain jumps to a child when I hear "Connor", too.

Ick, when I hear Connor I think of a whiny, bratty three year old. Not a good image for an adult man! :)

I know a whiny, bratty, adult-aged Connor.

I think it just goes with the name. =/

I like Adora, but it sounds a little "Addams-Family" to me.
Cooper - Eh. I don't like it, I know a Cooper, he ruined it for me
Logan - I love. But it also reminds me of "Loganberry" which, here in Buffalo, is a drink.
Anya - It's alright. The hubby's ex is named Anya, so I'm not too crazy about it
Sierra - I like it. I also like it pronounced (Seer-uh)
Janessa - It's okay
Andrea - Very common IMO

i work with a man named conor. he is in his late 30s and a badass crime reporter.

i am not a fan of the name, but it seems fine on an adult, to me.

I love the name Connor (but I spell it Conor) I actually think it suits an adult better than a child.

I worked for a 60-something man named Connor...he went by Con. And he was a major jerk. I do think of a kid, though, when I hear the name.

Love Janessa.

Was the theme 'yick'?

Connor is a young-sounding name, but doesn't strike me as childish-- I think it ages fine. I like it.

I agree with the Connor thing completely, I was actually going to make a post about it! Still might, and at least I know I'm not crazy:] I can't imagine an adult Connor, it just doesn't work.
