All these names have to do with fictional/RPG characters. Yes, I'm a dork, but...I've seen people ask questions for everything from novels to dogs, so I figure this is fair game, too.

Loudon
Do you think it would better fit a boy or a girl?

WDYT of:
Chesney (g)- I actually have heard of a little girl with this name, btw
Sorenson (b)

Also, step-sibset:
Bristol
Eastyn

Suggestions for new half-sibling.

I don't like Loudon or Chesney at all, but they're both awful on girls. I hate hate hate surnames as first names, but they're 859567585x worse on girls than on boys.

I like Soren (which is a Scandinavian name for a boy) but not Sorenson.

Loudon is a race track in Loudon, NH. I think you know that, based on your icon. :P

Loudo(u)n is a county I used to live in, so I don't like it as a name.

I actually like Chesney for a girl.

Loudon seems more like a boy's name to me.

I don't like Chesney or Sorenson.

Bristol, Eastyn and Pierce.

Loudon - i'm not sure how to pronounce this. does the "lou" rhyme with "how" or is it simply pronounced like "loo"? either way, it looks masculine to me, but i suppose could work for either.
Chesney (g)- i really hate chesney. i think because it reminds me of chestnuts AND the singer kenny chesney.
Sorenson (b) - i like soren, but sorenson sounds too much like a last name to me.
Bristol - never heard it before. it's interesting and okay IMO.
Eastyn - i like it spelled easton better.

Ha, I was about to mention most of these names were NASCAR-related before I saw who was posting. ;) I used to have a story where the characters had names based on the various racetracks. I think I used Loudon for a boy. It seems more like a boy name to me. Not crazy about Eastyn or Chesney, but the others are decent. I think RPG characters get to have a wider range of acceptability in the name area.

Daytona is a super cute name! XD

Don't mind that comm, lol, I've grown to appreciate the poor guy in the past couple of years and I'm even okay with him winning a race or two occasionally. XD Of course, half the time I don't even know what car he's in...

Loudon Wainwright is an artist (singer)! So I consider it a boy's name.

I don't like Chesney (it reminds me of nuts, for some reason...chestnut?) and I don't like Sorenson either...too much of a last name for me to like.

And I want to visit Bristol sometime...but I don't like it as a name =P. Maybe they can name the other kid London? No, I'm just kidding. I don't know what would go well with those.
