Here's the list of the most macho names you could ever give your son:

Angelo
Atlas
Axel
Boone
Brawley
*Brock - eh, its okay.. not my favorite or anything, by a long shot.
Bruno
Brutus
Bubba
Burr
*Clint - ditto.
Conan
Cord
*Curt - like it better spelled Kurt.
*Dallas - it's okay.
Dax
Dolph
*Dominic - eh.
Duke
Flint
Ford
Gus
Harley
Holt
Hugo
Igor
Ivor
Jock
King
Knox
Knute
*Mack - it's ok.
*Mick - ditto. They seem like they would be nn's.
Otto
Primo
Ram
Rambo
Rip
Rocco
Rock
Rocky
Rod
*Samson - again.. alright
Thor
Vito
Wolf
Zoltan

Haha, these make me laugh. I don't really like any of them - even the ones I put * by, I'm not really too fond of, just don't mind as much as the others. I wouldn't use any of them.

Up next! Manly names, aka "sturdy, classic names."

Axel
Clint
Curt - short for Curtis
Dominic
Gus - short for August
Knute
Mack
Otto
Thor - I like Thoren, so I guess Thor could be a nickname?

I think it's funny that there are so many Scandinavian names on the list, haha. I like them, a lot, even though I'd probably only use them (a) if I were to move to Denmark, which I'd love to do, or (b) as middle names.

When I was skimming the list Cord and Curt mixed into one word in my head and I was all "who would name their kid CURD?"

Curt
Dallas (it's decent, but I wouldn't use it)
Dominic*
Holt
Samson (doesn't seem that manly to me)

I think I like sissy names on guys.

I only like Harley & Rocco...and those are also the only ones of the bunch that remind me of 'strong men'. Or actually...tough boys ;)

I really like Gus, but that is not the epitome of macho to me. Maybe because one of my best friend's brother growing was named Gus and he was a big sissy.

Axel
Brock - not one for me personally; but I just wanted to add, popular here due to being the surname of a famous motor racer, who passed away a short while ago, making the name more popular again...
Clint
Curt - like it better spelled Kurt. - agreed
Hugo

Angelo and Bubba sound so wimpy to me! Not macho at all. But I've never heard these names on real people.
