I am new to this community, so this has probably been done before but I am curious as to what YOUR names are, and the names of your siblings and how you feel about them?

I am the oldest of three sisters. We are all three years apart. We are, in order:

Jennifer Leigh

Cheryl Ann

Valerie Cecilia

I used to hate my name growing up, it's pretty plain but as names tend to do, it grew on me over my lifetime, haha. I have personally met hundreds of Jennifers and dozens of Jennifer Leighs over my lifetime (I will be 30 this year, GASP!) but I do like my name. I love Cheryl's name but feel blah about her middle name, and I ADORE Val's combo of Valerie Cecilia.

Oh, Cheryl and I also each have one son- she has Ethan Riley (9) and I have Holden James (7).

edit: I forgot to add that I chose Cheryl's name when I was two. My mom gave me the choice between Cheryl and Heidi for the first name.

I really like Valerie Cecilia, but Jennifer Leigh is kinda boring (not bad, though) and Cheryl isn't my style. I love Ann(e), but as a first name.

I am 21 and my name is Lindsay Rebecca. My brother is almost 24 and his name is Michael Paul. I am rather indifferent toward mine (I don't love it, but I don't hate it, either), but I absolutely love my brother's name. He generally goes by Mike, but I prefer the full version of Michael.

I love both of your names! Yours is gorgeous, I like the combo. I know Jennifer Leigh is boring. My mom swears she only knew one Jennifer growing up, she didn't know it would be EVERYWHERE the second she named me, haha. Same with my sister and Ethan.

Haha, my mom said the same thing about Lindsay. The funny thing is, out of all the kids in my high school (it was pretty small, so I knew everyone), there really were only two or three Lindsays that were older than me by 3+ years. Everyone else was a few months younger, so my mom always jokes that she helped start the trend;) She didn't care about the popularity of my brother's name -- she just loved it and was going to use it no matter what.

My name is Tara Lynn, I'm 20 and love my name. I am the oldest of 4. My siblings are:
Michelle Ann-17yrs old-I like michelle and Ann is alright
Gary Paul- 14 yrs old-I like both though, Paul more. boht are family names
Matthew Vincent- Like both as well, but Matthew more. Vincent is ok
I like all the combos though even if i dont love the specific names that much.

I'm Jennifer. I love my middle name, Neva and plan to use it on my future daughter (if I have one). My grandmother's name was Neva Egan (Egan being her last name).

Personally, I like putting unique names with unique names (Jennifer and Emily are very plain and Neva and Egan are unique), but my mom didn't use crazy or creative spellings so I'm happy about that!

I'm Kayla Dawn and my sister is Rachael Nicole. I like my name some days, hate it others. I'm not a huge fan of Rachael but I prefer that spelling to any other, and Nicole is one of my favourites.

My name is Sophie and my sister is Madeleine. Both our middle names are Massam. It's my mom's last name. I really like my name, and everyone tells me they could never imagine me with another name. I tend to agree with them. Madeleine really suits her name too, but I usually call her Melon and most people call her Maddy.

I love my name. I always hated it growing up, but I totally think I'm a Lindsey. I'm pretty fond of my middle name, but I always feel detached from it. I don't know why, really. I just don't feel like it's part of my name for some reason.

I like Jennifer Leigh, and Cecilia. Cheryl and Valerie aren't really my type of names-- especially since I knew someone with the name Valerie and she /totally/ ruined it for me.

I generally like all of our names; Dean is actually on my list of favorite names. Charlie's first name is from my maternal grandfather, while Christine, Thomas, and I got our middle names from the rest of our grandparents.

Very cute and classic! I love family names. My mom is Christine Adrienne, if I have another child (been trying for six years, not likely) I am considering Adrienne for a girl or Adrian for a boy. My husband and I also love the name Francis or Frances for a middle name for girl or boy (my grandfather, his father).

I'm Claire Maree and my brother is James Edward. Fairly ordinary I guess. I really like the name James, and I'm pretty happy with mine, but I'm not sure what my opinion of the name itself is- just that it suits me well enough.
