Ellie as a NN

What names, besides Eleanor, could Ellie be a NN for? I like the name Ellie on its own, but the hubby would prefer it be used as a NN...but neither of us like Eleanor.

And what about Millie? I know it can be used as a NN for Amelia, but DH isn't a fan of Amelia.

I knew a girl whose name was Emily but she didn't like how common it was, or the common nicknames, so she went my Milly.

And I like Ellen best for names that Ellie could be from, but anything that starts with El could make sense, Elizabeth, Eliza, Elise, Elaine, Ellie might not be the common nickname for them but it would make sense.
