this name makes my eyes hurt

There is a daycare at my school, and when I was looking at their bulletin board pictures today, I saw this wonderful gem of a name: Cyndeyr. Tell me that I'm not the only one that that name makes cringe.

And in case anybody was wondering, other names on the board were McKenzie, Riley, Dawson and Avi.

Dawson? Seriously? Well, it's been a while since the Creek, I guess only people my age would have that association with it. Avi and Riley aren't bad...

I don't actually know, since the students don't ever go into contact with the daycare, unless it's your kid in there, but I've been saying Cinder.

I've been saying Cinder, but I don't actually know. Yeah, I'm pretty much convinced that everybody named Dawson born after the Creek was named after the Creek. Even though yes, I know that that's not actually true.

I've been saying Cinder, but whether or not that's actually how it's pronounced, just the spelling is awful enough. Nope, nope, I don't think that people realize it. They obviously don't, when names like that are floating around.

While UneeQue little Cyndeyr has a horrid name, I must admit I like the name Avi. I'm prejudiced because that's a good friend's name, probably, but I still like it.

I used to like McKenzie and Riley a lot but now they're too popular.
I don't like Avi because it's too Jewish.

At least they didn't make it Cyndeyrella though just taking ella on the end doesn't look as 'creative' as the rest of their spelling hah.
