i like landon and seamus. aden = aiden/aidan, and im over the aiden-esque names.

i dont really like any of youre girls names - amarie and amara just seem made up. samara is okay. i met a little girl named samira recently (suh-meer-uh) which i thought was cute, and it was appropriate because her father is middle eastern.

Boys:
Landon - I like it
Aden - i love Aidan, even though its popular - but i think that spelling looks a little feminine.
Seamus - i LOVE the way it sounds, hate the way it is spelled, i just think it leave a kid open to way to much teasing.
Malachi - I know an adorable little boy with this name, i love it - but proun. Mal-ah-Ky, not Mal Ah Key

Girls:
Samara - i like it
Amarie (pronounced UH-MAR-EE)- its ok.
Amara- not a big fan
Kyra - LOVE it, but spelled Kiera

I like Landon, Seamus, Malachi, Samara and Amara. Amarie is awkward to say and Kyra is pretty dated. Aden I prefer as Aidan, though that is also extremely popular right now.

My cousin has a daughter named Samara...I like that one best for a girl. Seamus is pronounced "Shay-mus", correct?

I dont really like any of the names you have chosen. Amarie is just weird. Aden needs to be spelled correctly

Seamus is pronounced "Shay-mus", correct?

Yes indeed

One of my lectuers is called Seamus, Belfast born and raised and a great guy. So I have a fondness for the name. :)

I LOVE Seamus, one of my favorite names for a boy.

I don't like Samara, it reminds me of The Ring. :( I do like Amara though. Do you like Amaris? That's one of my top picks for a girl name.

The only name on both of your lists that I like and would use is Malachi.

I love Landon and Seamus. Aden, not so much (unlike others, my first reaction wasn't "Oh, a different spelling Aiden", it was "Oh, like the Garden of Eden, only misspelled"). Malachi... I like the name, but it's one of those things I'd only ever name a character, not a child.

I've never even seen the Ring, and I know Samara is the girl from it. I'm not fond of Amarie or Amara, either, and as someone else stated, Kyra is a little daed.

Landon Malachi is a nice combination for a boy.

Samara reminds me of the girl from The Ring. I don't think I'd use that. How about Tyra? It sounds like Kyra... and I love Tyra Banks.

I like all of the boys' names you mentioned! :) Aden is the least unique I think just due to the current popularity, but it's just as nice I think. :)

I like the name Amarie as well. Beautiful for a girl. :)

I just like Seamus and Kyra. Like others have said, Samara reminds me too much of that girl from "The Ring," and Amarie might get confused with Amerie, the singer.

Landon - Nice
Aden - Aidan is too common. So this is too common, and also a pain to spell.
Seamus - Nice
Malachi - A bit fussy sounding for me.

Samara - Ok
Amarie - Kind of confusing. I don't know if it's uh-mar-EE or uh-MAR-ee
Amara - Ok
Kyra - My pick of the girl names.

I like Seamus from the boys, and Samara and Amara from the girls because they sound pretty. However, I don't know if you're into name meanings at all, but you should keep in mind that Amara means "bitter". Samara means "watch mountain" or generally all-seeing or keeping an eye on things from above. Seamus is the Irish version of James, which means "supplanter".

Well, I'm pretty sure I'm right about Amara. It comes from the Latin root amarus, which means "bitter". As for Samara, I looked it up on behindthename.com (http://www.behindthename.com/php/view.php?name=samara) and I've seen a few other sources that agree with the "watch mountain/hill" thing. Name sites frequently tend to have conflicting meanings.

Your girls names, also beautiful. Just pronouncing it UH------made me LOL a little. Just know people WILL say AH-mar-ee.
