I'm still reading old posts from this community and i came accross another interesting topic: what everyone would be named if you were born a boy/girl?

My name is Eliana Gisela, but if i were a boy my name would be Lucas Ezequiel. My mom wanted to name me Lavinia Antonella, but she can't.

So, what's yours??

My name is Amy Lynne..I was almost named Jennifer Lynne but my mom didn't think I looked like a Jennifer ( thank god! no offense to any Jennifer's but it's soo common..even more than Amy).
If I had been a boy I think the name was Jeffrey William.

My mom always knew I was going to be a girl. :\ so no fun for me.

My younger brother, though, showed as a girl on his ultrasounds (20 years ago, so you know how that goes) so his name was going to be Leah Marie (Marie is my mother's middle name).

My mom, however, knew he was going to be a boy so on the way to the hospital she and my dad had to think of a name quick. A Ray Charles song came on the radio. Raymond and Charles are both family names anyway, and so it was. Raymond Charles.

I'm Lindsey Renee'. If I were a boy, I would've been Jeremy Allen. My sister is Jessica Lea (pronounced like Lee...my grandfather thought Lea was a more feminine spelling.) If she had been a boy, she would've been Garret Patrick.

As a side note, Patrick is my dad's name and Lea is a family name. None of my potential names are family names.

I am Claire Louise.

Claire was a last minute decision, my Dad's favourite was actually April. Other possible girl names were Olivia and Elizabeth.

If I had been a boy, I would have been Cameron, Jeffery [my two brothers] or Angus.

My dad recently told me that if they had had twins [boy/girl/ after us three, they would have been April and Angus. I pointed out the matching first letters and he said it didn't bother them, they just liked the names.

A few names highlighted in my mom's baby name book from before I was born were:

I ended up being Courtney Pauline. Courtney wasn't on their list going into the hospital.

When I was born, my mom wanted to have 3 girls and name them Courtney, Brittany and Stephanie. Thank god her next was a boy and she named him Patrick.

I'm a twin, and they were pretty sure we were going to be a boy and a girl. and we were.
