As one of four girls who share the same initials (A for the first name and L for the middle) I am somewhat opposed to your plan. ;) It did make it easy on my parents though. Things like holiday gifts were simply labeled A1, A2, A3 or A4.

Figure skating Naomi Nari Nam has a sister named Naomi Nami Nam if I remember correctly. Their parents call them Nari and Nami, but if they want to speak to both, they say "Naomis!"

if I would be pregnant and search for a name I´d NEVER EVER use a name a cousin has, or a kid of my friends,or a family member !
and these both are sisters !
so this would be a NO NO! for me to 100%

it must be confusing for the grandparents..the parents emily´s father..they have two emilys in their calender ^^

or when the girls meet one day.."hey I´m emily...and well I´m emily too !" O.o

if I have one kid with a name I wouldnt use it on another kid of mine...(well maybe as a middle name)

I´d not even use emily and amelie because they are too close

Yes. The oldest has the father's surname (so she is Emily K.), but the youngest has her mother's surname (so she is Emily B.)
