sorry I know it wans't a listed option, but it's the closest my preference get to something similar!
Ashley is an ok name, it's traditional, although there's the unisex issue. Ahslyn is plain out there kkr8v'z, in my taste. It might actually be a legit name, but I'm not sure.
my name is ashley and i really love the way it sounds, though i really dislike how common its become. and i never think it looks right on a boy, probably because i've never crossed a male ashley in my life and i myself am female.
i also like the way ashlyn sounds, but every spelling i've ever seen looks really awkward to me.
I'm gonna have to vote Ashlyn, thats my daughter's name. She is almost 5 years old, so she was Ashlyn before the trend of Y's and creative spellings was really big. And for the record... i think Ashlynn just looks like too much. Her name gets misspelled like that all the time, I mean, Lynn... so yes, its an honest mistake, but I think it looks fine Ashlyn.
i babysit for a couple who's cat, i thought, was named ashlyn. it's actually ashland (like the city in oregon with an amazing shakespeare festival), but the name ashlyn is now tied to a cat with long grey fur. so, ashley...

It does look odd, and misspelled. But I know a little girl who is named Ashlyn. Maybe Ashlynn looks better..?
