Surname change (stage name)

Hello peeps! I have something important I need help with.
I am currently starting up both my acting career and my directorial debut comes out in a few months (yay!). This is an exciting time in my life and I've been looking forward to this for many years.
That being said I have to admit I have the most unflattering name for these purposes (making it in the cinema industry). My full name is Monica Eloisa Valbuena Ruiz... Yeah, a mouth full (and I don't mind posting it online... I live in Venezuela, good luck finding my arse). So, after much thought, I've decided not to use this name for my 'stage name'. It's too hard for most non-spanish speakers to spell and it lends itself to a lot of misspellings even in spanish (Balbuena, Valvuena, Balvuena, etc). So! I played around with Monica Ruiz but that is my mother's name and as much as I love her that is a no. I then went to the other names in my family and the one I most liked was Bossio but... It sounds odd in English. Though that did give me an idea. I am of italian heritage and I look Italian more than Hispanic. I thought of giving myself an Italian surname to avoiud being typecasted as a Hispanic actress/director. So my new thought is Monica <insert nice Italian last name> but I am drawing a blank. I looked at my family's heritage and didn't find anything that sounds catchy.
So I need your help! Can you suggest a surname for me? Only rules are
1) It has to be Italian
2) It has to be easy to remember and pronounce. Try and think of names of actors and how easy they are to remember (Ricci, DiCaprio, Bellucci, Coppola).
3) Not already worn by a famous person already (As much as I had fallen in love with Monica Ricci, I'd not use it)
4) Oh... and yes, I do bare a slight resemblance to Monica Bellucci so, lets keep as far away from Bellucci as possible.
If you need it I'll provide the only picture of me I could find on this computer:
( Not my computer so... intagram picture for you )
Thanks in advance, guys!
