Owen won the Celtic boys. Owen according to behindthename.com Owen is a modern form of Owain and an Anglicized form of Eoghan. Owain is probably a Welsh form of Eugene and Eoghan could mean "born the yew tree" in Irish and is possibly derived from Eugene.

This next list consists of names that are a mixture of new and old virtue names. And once again I didn't come up with the list, Laura Wattenberg did.

This or That? )
