WDYT of the name Quincy?

I asked my family and they all think it sounds too feminine for a boy, and gave me a "maybe" or "it could work" as a girl's name.

Dave Grohl and wife had another baby girl: Harper Willow. I think it's kind of generic, like, I feel like I've heard that name before, you know? But I still think it's really pretty. They have another daughter Violet Maye. Which I like a lot more.

Also, Brad and Kim Paisley had another baby boy: Jasper Warren. I LOVE that. Warren is after Brad's grandfather. They have another son, William Huckleberry, which I am not a fan of.

Just came across this article on "creative" naming in China and some of the issues with names there, thought some of you might be interested.

What do you think of Mimi as a nickname for Mena?
Other than Louise, what could Lou-Lou be a nickname for?
Thanks.

WDYT of the name Amelia Louise?

I know Louise is considered a filler name, but I think it's quite nice.
What other names do you think go nicely with Amelia?

Thank you all so much!!! It's been really awesome having so many opinions so thank you for helping me make the decision. I've basically narrowed it down to Nico, which is the hot favourite, Lexi and Audrey, although people who know me in real life have told me I don't look like a "Audrey"  haha. I'm going to consult my mother and sister about it to come to a final decision, but thank you all so much for all your suggestions!

So I am giving myself a nickname-of-sorts because I'm Chinese and moving over to the US for university, and you can trust me when I say not one person has gotten my name correct. It's also harder to remember since it is a Chinese name, hence the need for an English/Christian name. Anyway, my surname is Sun (but not pronounced as Sun, rather, it is pronounced like the word "soon".) I have a list of names, and I'm fine with both unisex or female names.

I attached a photo under the cut because I believe in how a name "suits" the face, if you get my drift.

HERE PLEASE. )
