I used to babysit two little girls named Ciara and Lauryn.
I personally don't like either of these names. Plus, the 'y' in Lauren is just...yeah. I think Ciara would be 7 or 8 years old now and Lauryn is 5 or 6.

Another little girl I babysat for was named Leira, pronounced LEER-UH.
I think her dad was italian or something and leira used to be the italian form of currency if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure if it's spelled the same way and I don't know if her parents purposely named her after that or anything, but that was her name. This name is just OK to me. I wouldn't ever use it. I'm guessing that Leira is 8 or 9 years old. I don't exactly remember.

Opinions?

So my husband and I were out to lunch today and he was telling me he hired two new cooks the other day.
One of the cooks he hired is named Jerman (pronounced german). At first I was like,"Oh you mean Jermain." He tells me,"Nope Jerman." HUH!
