There's a power city couple that stumble into a rural hospital and name their twin girls Sadie and Rose, after their grandmothers. Two local, country bumpkins hear the names and say "Shucks, those are some rill purdy names!" and also name THEIR twins Sadie and Rose.

we just liked sadie and we knew that rose would be the middle name after her Great grandma that passed away befor she was born, and it flows with our last name choice
