It's so girly to me. Probably because the only Ocean I ever heard of was a girl called Ocean Mare (which is kind of strange, when you think about it, since 'mare' means 'sea').
He's going to end up hating the beach when he gets older. XD It's an awful name for a boy or a girl, but I hope he has a good middle name to fall back on.
The first thing I thought was that the county you live in has to be in California. Heh. Secondly, I can actually see a total surfer boy pulling it off. Though probably not, say, a businessman.
