Boys names - William Sean is good. I like Colby Alexander. Please keep Colby a boy's name. Dylan Jeffrey & Brady Owen are ok.

Date: 2005-12-05 03:09 pm (UTC)Me no like.
Date: 2005-12-05 03:13 pm (UTC)Hayden is super trendy. In thirty years it will probably sound like Tammy or Debbie does now. And this combo is ethnically mixed up. In my opinion, if unless you have the ethnic background/family reasons to use a name directly from another language, it's better use the English version. I'm pretty sure that Clara is the English version of Chiara, and it is a great name.
Elisha Peyton
Elisha is the name of a Biblical prophet after Elijah - a male Hebrew name which I think is probably still used for boys in some Jewish families (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Peyton is really, really trendy, and also unisex, so this combo sounds... gender-ambiguous. What about Alicia Peyton? Same pronunciation, more traditional (and prettier, I think) spelling, and unmistakably female. And no ethnic confusion.
Bailey Rebecca
OK, but Bailey is another trendy name.
Shayla Michelle
Don't hate it. But is this pronounced Shy-la or Shey-la? Also, two "sh" sounds are a bit much.
Kyle Marketa
I know people have said they know women named Kyle, but to me this is a male name. And Marketa? What kind of a name is that? (This is a real question, not a sarcastic comment - I've never seen it before.) The first thing I thought of was farmer's market :/ Not feeling it.
Clayton Orville
It's kind of sweet, but sounds like a grandpa in slippers and an old cardigan :) Or a nerd on an afterschool special :)
Brady Owen
It's OK.
William Sean
It's OK - I like the nn "Will."
Dylan Jeffrey
Pretty good.
Colby Alexander
Colby is a type of cheese. A tasty snack, but to me, not a name.
(Huge long comment = me procrastinating like crazy)

Date: 2005-12-05 03:53 pm (UTC)Marketa is a Czech name
Orville was actually after my grandfather so perhaps its good that it sounds like a grandfathers name lol

Date: 2005-12-05 04:36 pm (UTC)However, I totally agree on everything else. ESPECIALLY the cheese part. At least Colby isn't a particularly stinky variety of cheese, though :)
This is Colby - it is a kind of cheese :/

Date: 2005-12-05 05:58 pm (UTC)I do like Elisha Peyton (although it reminds me of Peyton Place) and Bailey Rebecca (Bailey kind of freaks me out, as it is my last name, but I can appreciate it).
I like your boys names, although Clayton Orville and Brady Owen make me hope the child will grow up to join the NFL, because otherwise it might be weird. My favorite is Colby Alexander, even if it is a kind of cheese. William Sean is awesome too.
