I recently expanded/changed my name list, and I'm interested to see what people think. No babies in the near future for me (unless something really unexpected happens), but these are names that I would consider for future children.

... I love it! I do dislike Adela — and find Amelia and Rowan a bit too de rigeur. I also prefer Nora without the H, although I'm not averse to the spelling you favor.

Damn you, lack of edit button: I meant "de rigueur", of course. Typos are always worse when they're borrowed phrases, too.

But I do think names like Rowan and Amelia are almost prescribed by the tastemakers of today, and... it's a turnoff.

I like Rosalie but not with Elizabeth and Violet without Jane. I do like Violet Jane, actually.

I also like Vivian Ruth, Colin/Nathaniel Joseph.

I think I understand what you're saying, although I didn't know that about Rowan! I honestly hadn't seen it being used that much. Interesting. Well, this is why I post my names here, for the variety of opinions. Thanks! :)
