I'm watching TLC and there's a show called Twins, Twins and More Twins. They have 13 children including 3 sets of twins.

Names:
Parents: Kit and Siobhan
Benjamin, Aquila, Diego, RicCardo, Olivia, Keanu-those were all adopted so I don't think they chose the names.

Their children: Sean and Saoirse (Soar-see), Schwanhilde (Shwan-hil-duh), Heidi and Rosi, and Christopher and Joseph

I like Heidi, Rosi, Christopher and Benjamin

Schwanhilde? That's gotta be a problem on the first day of school. That capital C looks really silly in RicCardo.

And as far as I know Saoirse is pronouced SEER-sha. Soar-see sounds like horsey lol.

Anyway, I like Heidi, Christopher, Olivia and Joseph.

I think Saoirse is actually pronounced SIR-sha, but I could be wrong.

i was totally watching this too!

the only thing that came to mind when seeing/hearing their names is that "aquila" (pronounced "ah-kwee-lah") is "eagle" in italian.

I'm pretty sure that those first kids weren't adopted, they were hers from a previous marriage.

Saoirse is Seer-sha..isn't it?

I'm pretty positive that you're right.

Yep, I watched that the other week and they were all from the mother's previous marriage. You're right about Seer-sha as well.

As I recall, the family is very traditionally German (on the one side, anyway). So maybe "Schwanhilde" isn't so weird to them?

Oh ok. Silly me, of course I assumed they were American.

Gotta admit... I'd still rather be Heidi, as far as going through life goes. rofl
