Mabel is cute, spelt correctly.
Maia Emily doesn't flow, and I' much raher it was Maya, though phonetically Maia is correct I suppose...if Maya is...which is isn't!

I like Mabel, and Maya Emily wouldn't be bad, but I don't like the spellings. Desa and Deja are both awful. I know a girl named Deja and it's just...ugh.

I know a Deja, but she doesn't spell her name like that. I found it pretty when I met her and didn't associate it with "already". She spelled it Dei'jah, I think.

Mable and Desa I don't like, but Maia Emily is pretty. Maia's a good change of pace, methinks.
