Dec. 15th, 2007 05:31 pmWhat do you think of the name Denver? For a boy. I was thinking of names that sound like mine (Ember), and I was going through the alphabet (I obviously have no life), and I got to Dember, and I was like, Ohh! Denver. I almost forgot it was used as a name.
WDYT? I think I like it.

Date: 2007-12-15 10:52 pm (UTC)I have one friend who has a brother named Denver, so I have seen it used before too. (I met her long after adding the name to my list, so it's not after him at all.)

"My name is Denver Max & I eat heart attacks..."
haha :)

Date: 2007-12-17 04:45 pm (UTC)I lived in Colorado for a few years, and my first mental image when someone says "Denver" is a bronco. Then, a rabid football fan.
If I didn't have these connotations, I think...I'd kind of like it. It's much better than Denford, a name belonging to a once-removed uncle of mine.
