C is for Cameron. :(

He'll go through his life having to spell his name. Or his name will be "Kameron-with-a-K"

I have a friend called Kameron, he was trying to pick out an MSN name and I suggested My Parent's Kan't Spell. But he settled on Kool for Kats. :/

The M in Kameron goes well with the M in Matthew. However, normally I'd say to stick with a one syllable name, since the three syllable Kameron is already a mouthful. It also depends on his last name. If it's more than one syllable, stay away from Alexander! For the record, though, I voted for Carter. I like the alliteration.

Kameron only works for a girl in my opinion. Cameron is much better for a boy.

With a gender-neutral first name (especially with a spelling that will generally be perceived as feminine), you probably would be best off going with a gender-specific middle name.
