Sailor is really a ridiculous name. I don't get the appeal.
The rest are very nice, although I'd get rid of the hyphen in Gemma-Lee, and just make it Gemma Lee. If you make Gemma-Lee one name, it sounds like someone just put a j at the beginning of Emily, like Jemily.
Frances is a female name, so it should be Francis.
Sailor - no. Nathalie Eugenia - no. Natalie instead of Nathalie.. and not Eugenia at all. Emma Jane - cute. Gemma-Lee - it's okay. Lily Mae - a little too cutesy.
Claudio - ek. Gabriel - beautiful. =) Joel - it's okay. Frances - cute.
Sailor - Sorry, just no. Nathalie Eugenia - I prefer Natalie. Emma Jane - Very nice. Gemma-Lee - I don't like the hyphen. Lily Mae - I'm not a fan of Mae, buy it's nice.
Claudio - Alright. Gabriel - Love it. Joel - Nice. Frances - Nah, sorry.
Sailor - I don't hate it or love it. It does sound like a celebrity baby name though. hehe Nathalie Eugenia - I really could care less for the first name in any spelling. I like Natalia better, but that's me. Eugenia I think is pretty and a good choice for a middle name. Emma Jane - it's way cute, but way overdone. Emma is the number one name this year, as well as a few years past. Gemma-Lee - I'd do away with the hyphen as well. Gemma I've never heard before. I'm kind of into it. Lily Mae - pretty, but kind of the same deal as Emma Jane. Lily is extremely popular. It is pretty though. No denying that.
Claudio - I like this a lot, and I seem to be the only one. haha. Gabriel - This is a great name and I also love Gabe, so you can't lose there. Joel - it's whatever. Frances - not my bag. And I don't like Frank.
i really like sailor. its on my list. theres just something about it. i like gabriel too. emma and lily are nice too, but i dont like what you have them paired with.
Frances is the female spelling of the name to me. I prefer Francis. I also like Claude better than Claudio, but otherwise I really like the boy names. Joel and Gabe are great, I think.
As for the girls, I HATE the name Sailor (ugh), Lily Mae is way too popular and way too cutesy, Emma Jane is one super popular name paired with a filler middle name, Nathalie Eugenia is...too weird for me. Natalie wouldn't be bad, but I'm not a fan of the spelling. I don't particularly like feminized spellings of masculine names (ex: Eugenia/Eugene, Augusta/August, Edwina/Edwin, etc.). I don't like Gemma-Lee, either.
Out of the girl's names, I like Emma Jane and Lily Mae are probably the best ones, but I don't particularly like them, either.

For the boys, I don't really like Claudio but the other three are great.
