There's lots of normal names with random prefixes... Some of which are okay and some of which are annoying. Like DeAngelo- I love the name Angelo so that annoys me.

I can't believe someone would actually call a baby 'Rock' :/

lol, honestly? i don't think i can give an unbiased opinion because i recognize like 80% of these names.

like for rex, i might like it under other circumstances but because i know the name is referring to rex grossman, all i can think is "that boy can't throw for shit and he's ugly as sin."

and i see osi, plaxico, amani, and rueben and i'm like "zomg, giants names! yes! kickass names, all of them!" but i don't really feel that way about the names, i just like the players.

i'm like the biggest sports fangirl ever. i'm totally gonna wind up having two sons and name them peyton and eli if i don't control myself. hahaha

*shamed* i've been constantly defending daunte culpepper since that whole vikings boat cruise thing...i just think he could be really good if he wasn't injured and scandalized 24/7.

i definitely don't want to name a kid after an athlete. because a lot of my favorite athletes are attractive as well. it'd be so weird naming my son after a hot dude. but damn if i won't fight to use peyton when the time comes to have kids! lol

Yeah. I won't defend the way he's been playing lately. It's obviously not a good thing for a starter to be benched for a handful of games the season after his team went to the Super Bowl.

And, my ex is a HUGE Dolphins fan (God knows why...) and bought a Culpepper jersey the day they came out. What a waste of $60.
He is a nice guy, though. He comes back here and does charity events a few times a year. And he has his own semi-pro team here. The Ocala Peppers. Haha.

I wouldn't name a kid after an athlete either, since they most likely wouldn't be someone I know personally. To me, that's an honor thing, and how do you honor someone you don't really know? For all I know, someone could be an amazing athlete and then it'll turn out he wears womens clothing or strangles puppies... You just never know. lol.
