I work with this girl named Fenicks. I had no idea she spelled it this way until I got a close look at her name tag today. o_o I thought it was Phoenix all this time.
it reminds me of 'fennec', the desert fox. I much prefer Phoenix. But does she pronounce it the same? Because her spelling makes me want to read it 'fen-ix'
I just checked, and he does spell it Dafydd, I was remembering the spelling wrong (I didn't know him well, hehe). Glad that it's an actual name, I figured his parents were just being cute :).
