It was my mothers middle name, I had never heard of it before her. And I really want to carry on something from my mother!

Hm, I'm kind of 50/50 on it. I'd be afraid she would get the nickname "Manny". It would be a great middle name though.

I agree with that. I think it's very unique, and pretty (to me, and obviously you), but she could still get the "man" jokes in there. :/
