Lilly is really gorgeous isnt it? (One of my favouritest favourite names) You could use Lilly in Lillybelle/Lilybelle/Lilybella etc... Lilly could also be shortened to 'Lil'? ...or you could always go with Lilly and extend on it and use Lillybelle as a name of endearment?
