It's not really comparable. Abner is much easily pronounced than Fnwirwjaifna. Abner is also a rather popular Amish name. I am not sure what Fnwirwjaifna is. Quite possibly it is deemed as pretty in some cultures.
Well, Abner literally means "father of light", and I don't love the idea of naming a girl a name that has "father" in it. Why not Abigail for a girl, or maybe something that means "light"?
I'm not adding anything new here, but it seems very masculine to me too. Maybe as a middle name? Or, if you really want to make it a first name, combined with an incredibly feminine middle name?
