We talk a lot about the sib-sets we know, so what are the names + middle names of YOUR own sib-set? (Or the set of names of your children?)
Any particular themes? Letters? Trends particular to the year of birth?
Names of my sib-set to start us off:
Dale Steven (1978), Brendan Charles (1983), Martyna Rozalia (me! 1987), Kirstyn Kim (1991), Zachary John (1992)
Btw, we're a blended family hence the similar ages and age gaps, therefore no particular themes I think :)

Date: 2007-11-08 05:11 am (UTC)I'm definately a product of the eighties. There wasn't much of a theme going on, really, but I think all of our names go together well. I'm the only one to go by a nickname - 'Sam' - but my parents don't call me that.
I like that none of us have the same initialis and that our names do not end or begin with any common letters or sounds.

Date: 2007-11-08 05:19 am (UTC)Heather Aileen (35)
Amy Christine (31)
Timothy James (26)
Erin Kathleen (me, 22)
Note first that the middle names of all the girls rhyme: Aileen, Christine, Kathleen.
Note also that the first initials of the first names (in chronological order) spell out H-A-T-E.
My parents deny any conscious knowledge of either of these things and claim that they are purely coincidental. I still wonder, though...
Oh and now that my husband and I are expecting #2, we have been considering a couple of H-names but I had the realization that we would be an anagram of HATE once again. My husband is Andrew, I am Erin, and our son is Travis. But since we really like this one particular H-name right now, I am just going to pretend I didn't have this realization!

No theme, other than our middle names being after our grandmothers.
If we had been boys, we would have been Alexander Andre and Paul Mark, or Alexander Mark and Paul Andre.

Date: 2007-11-08 05:37 am (UTC)Jamie Kenneth ('88)
Matthew Francis ('93)
Nothing overly special about our names except they are all popular (if you consider Jamie a variation of James).
Our middle names are for my mother and grandfathers.

Date: 2007-11-08 05:49 am (UTC)My grandpa's siblings' first initials all spell AMEN. They are Arvin (I had to look him up on Ancestry.com though because I wasn't completely sure if it was Arvin or Arlo), Marlen, ElRoy and Norman.

Date: 2007-11-08 05:51 am (UTC)The 'C' theme in Corrine & Craig's family is similar to the 'R' theme my cousins have - Rose, Rory, Rebecca & Renée (none have middle names), their parents are Robert and Deborah :)

Date: 2007-11-08 06:42 am (UTC)Megan Leanne - 88
Robert is a family name, it's my Dad's name and his Dad's name and so on. My Dad is Robert Alexander and he goes by Sandy (does that make sense..I don't think it does)
Leanne (my middle name) comes from my Mom's parents who are named Leonard and Anne. But I think that was maybe an accident and my parents realized later. lol.
Anyway, no, no particular themes or anything like that.
