[identity profile] bobinwales.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
I took my baby cousins to 'Tick-Tock' today, which is sort of a musical playgroup type for an hour on a Weds.
Anyway, there were lots of kids there, and they said all their names in a naming game. I missed some, cause it was fast, but here are the ones i got.
The oldest I think was 4.

Charlie [Charles] - My cousin
Ella - my cousin
Ned
Dominic
Sophie
Emily
Dylan
Isabelle
Oliver
Louis
Timmy
Rachael
Tilly

Obviously I'm not sure of the spellings, but those were the names!
And I'm in Wales.
So what do you think?

Aww, they are actually good names! I really like Sophie, Emily, Charlie, Rachael, Timmy, Louis, and Ned. I like Isabel, but not Isabelle, and Tilly, Oliver, etc. are all okay, just not my style.

Welsh people obviously have much better taste in names than most Americans, that's all I can say:)

Charlie [Charles] - I love Charles, but I'd probably use the nickname Chaz. And when he was really young, Chazzy.
Ella - Very pretty.
Ned - "Say your prayers, Simpson...becuase the schools can't force you like they should!"
Dominic - A favorite of mine.
Sophie - I prefer Sophia, but Sophie's great.
Emily - Sorry, but I admit, it's my favorite.
Dylan - Eh. No.
Isabelle - I prefer a different spelling, but I unabashedly love this name.
Oliver - The dog?
Louis - I prefer the spelling "Lewis." I don't know why I even like this name. I shouldn't like this name.
Timmy - Timmay...no.
Rachael - I hate that extra a at the end, but otherwise...
Tilly - I love this as a nickname for Tilda. Very cute.

I love Edward, too. If I used it, I'm not sure I'd ever call the boy by a nickname. I don't like Ed, and the only reason I like Eddie is because I have an awesome friend who goes by that.

I don't really have a problem with Dylan. It just doesn't do much for me.

I have a friend named Racheal. Her personal motto is, "A before e, except in Racheal."
