I'm kind of torn between this name; I can't decide whether I like it or not. What do you guys think?

I used to like it a lot, after a character in a book.
She is a fierce girl with raven hair that gets abducted by a sioux tribe.
It's the italian word for 'queen', so it can't quite be used in Italy :P

Me too, even though I did Latin for four years and I know it means queen.

On the other hand, Jenna Fischer (who plays Pam on The Office) is actually called Regina (with Jenna as her nickname, obviously) so it's made me feel more positive towards the name. I like it quite a bit, but I probably wouldn't use it.

I love the name Regina. My bestfriend growing up Mothers name is Regina. She's a really strong, artistically inclined, brave woman and I think the name fits her really well.

I've known this woman for 12 years and I haven't once connected Regina with vagina until this post.

I used to not like it.
But then, within a very short period of time, I came to 'know' 3 very nice/awesome Regina's.
So now I like it a lot.

There's a city near me called Regine ( Re-GEYE-na) so it's an effort for me to read the name as Re-GEE-na. So...I don't like that much. Plus it reminds me of Mean Girls.
