A family friend of mine is pregnant with her third child and it's a boy. (:

What would you name a brother to Francesca Isobel "Cesca" and Blythe Cecelia?

Thanks!

Cecelia is mispelled :/
it looks like they like italian names.
I can suggest Giacomo (Jah-coe-moe, = James), but I'm not a fan of mixing nationality in a name.

Cecilia is the original italian name (since it stems from the latin word 'caeculus'), and there aren't other legitimate versions to this day.
It depends on the fact that by english phonetics Cecelia and Cecilia are read quite the same, while the italian pronounciation is way different between the two, and also from the way it's pronounced in english.
In italian Cecilia is Chay-CHEE-lee-ah, while Cecelia "would be" Chay-CHEH-lee-ah
