Need some opinions

My husband and I can't seem to agree on any names. He's not too fond of the names I choose and I can't stand any of the ones he thinks of. What do you think of the following names, both of our lists included.

For a girl:
Lela
Erlyn
Milo
Kira
Layla

For a boy:
Zakary
Jasher
Ajax
Bristol
Xerxes
Tymaz

We haven't decided on whether we're going for a middle name or not.

I do and have always loved Layla for a girl.

Ajax and Bristol sound too much like cleaning products;)

i really like kira. milo for a girl, i definitely doN'T like (and i generally love unisex names for girls)

none of the boys' names really strike me.

Lela, or Layla is cute for a girl.
and Zakary is cute for a boy.

yeah..ajax would mean that your kid would get teased for ever. you dont want that. I like Zakary and Jasher
for boys and Kira and Layla for a girl

I dont like Erlyn at all...just sounds very weird...but i love your other girl names.

For the boy I like all of them except Ajax (becasue it sounds liek a cleaner) and Xerxes because its too close to Cerces who is a greek goddess...very female and evil!

I like Lela and Zachary. He doesn't mind Zachary as long as it's this spelling, which doesn't bother me. Lela he hates.

I'll go with the masses... Layla is great for a girl. It reminds me of the Eric Clapton song, whcih is a good thing. I don't actually mind Ajax, but I guess he would be teased because of the whole cleaning thing.
