Beatrice sounds a little too snotty-stuck-up-old-spinster, but I totally love Beatrix (yes, after Kill Bill, guilty pleasure hehe). It sounds a lot more modern, although it's the latin original version, so it's actually a lot more ancient ;) and true to the roots!
