I voted no on Annie, Sofie, and Harry, although I DO like the names, because I think they sound better as nicknames. Annie for Ann(e), Anna, Annebelle, Annabeth, etc. It sounds incomplete without it. And I tried plugging in different middle names, and it's hard to find one that'd work. They all sound like little kid names, or pet names, because of the way Annie sounds as a first name. It's one of my favorites, though, so definitely use it as a nickname for something.
Sofie I prefer as Sophie, and as a nickname for Sophia. It's okay by itself, but I think it sounds better/more sophisticated that way.
With Harry, I voted no because I think that sounds better as a nickname for Henry. It works okay on it's own, too, but I think Henry gives a lot more options in case he dislikes Harry. Harry's still a common nickname for Henry (Prince Harry's real name is Henry, for instance), but he could also be Hank, or Henry, or whatever, if he doesn't like Harry.
I really liked Emily, Sarah, Julia, Annie (as a nickname), and Molly from your girl list. The only one I don't like is Otilija, mostly because it doesn't really fit well with any of your other names. I like the sound of Sarah Emily, Julia Emily, Sarah Julia, and Emily Julia. I think it's harder to come up with first/middle combos out of your girl names, because they don't really flow together well, but I think most any combination would work as a sib-set if you used them as first names.
For boys, I really like Jack, William, and Henry. I don't really like Orlando, Connor sounds really trendy lately, and Rory is becoming more and more of a female name because if Gilmore Girls (unfortunately), so that's something to think about; if you use it, I'd use a masculine middle name, something like Rory William, maybe. Sebastian, Oliver, and Harry (on its own) are okay, too, just not my style. I like the sound of William Henry, or Henry William. Jack William, Jack Henry, and Henry Jack sound nice, too :).
