So I found out I'm having a baby boy today!!! I'm so excited.. :)  Anyways now I can officially start thinking of names.. What do you guys think of the name Alec?  Do you like it spelled Alec or Alek?   I think it would do better as a middle name just because so my next question is.. what are some good first names to go with Alec?

First names depends on what kind of names you like so I could suggest loads but you might not like any of them.

I really like it. Either spelling is fine, but I'd probably go with Alec, because that's the spelling most people are used to (Alec Baldwin, for instance).

I like trendy names but also the good old fashioned ones too.. Like if I was going to have a girl I wanted to name her Cecelia.. but then I also like names like Jayden, Brogan, ect.

I think out of those names the only one I really like is Nathan Alec, maybe Benjamin Alec but I don't really like the name Benjamin.. I just like the way it sounds with Alec

The only thing I really worry about is if I'm saying if something is his or something.. like "That's Alec's ball." It just kinda annoys me how Alec's sounds like Alex. But I really like the name so I think I'll get over it. :)

I like Logan Alec.. Logan Alec would sound really good with my last name :) But I'm almost worried that Logan's too popular. I know Alec is popular too which is mainly why I want it as a middle name.
