Isaura is is one of my name books. Not sure about Isauria, might be listed as a variation. I've always liked the way it looks, but I don't really like the way it would sound aloud.
Oh no... I didn't mean to completely ruin the names for you! But it is something to consider especially if you use it with a middle name or surname that is actually a word... like Isaura Rose or something
