Some interesting greek names I came across.

Girls
Kalliopi
Ileana
Iona
Amaryllis
Ariadne
Ophelia (didnt know it was greek)

boys
Kostas
Ambrose
Calix
Leonidas
Anastacios
Theseus

The only names I could stand using are Kalliopi (kalli), Ophelia, and Calix (cal) because I doubt I could pronounce the rest lol.

My sister at one point really liked the name Kalix. I really actually like the name Calix/Kalix it's a nice name that kinda sounds like Caleb, which I love.

I met an Ariadne, and I believe it's said "air-ee-ADD-knee". I think it's a fine name, but not one I'd consider using.

I really like Kostas/Kostos.

I LOVE Ophelia

I thought it was Calliope?

Iona is pretty, I know two kids with that name.

Theseus is the only boys' name I like.

Ariadne was my favorite name when I was little, because of the myth of the Minotaur.

Kostas is pronounced just how it reads...

ko (hard k, long o) - stas (short a)

actually it's a short o. it's my cousin-in-law's name. short for Constantinas. (sometimes spelled with a k, apparently. I've seen it both ways for him. maybe because he grew up in greece but is in the states now?)
