We did get a lot of East Asian children, but they were given Western names such as:

Andrew, Brian, Maya, Daniel, Carol, Philbert, Matthew, Robert

The parents do :) I can't actually think of any Chinese children we had that had a Chinese name. Quite a few get names that we probably wouldn't consider giving our children (such as Philbert) because the parents have a different perspective to our names than we do.

Philbert is a very uncommon name, I associate it with a cartoon I used to watch called "Philbert the Frog" :P

my brother's name is Lukasz!! but he uses Luke, the anglicised version :)

I knew a Chinese girl. She had one Chinese and one Western name, and went by a nick of her Western.
