I love, love, love Isaac and James. Franklin isn't bad either.

Are you looking to pair two names together from these lists? My mind put Helen Frances together, although I don't think it's fantastic. Virginia Lourene sticks out, though, and I actually really like it.

Helen is a family name for me too [my late grandmother], i like it and will probably use it [I will spell it Helene though..so it is a little different]. But i don't know that i will use a family name for BOTH first and middle names...is that the problem you are having?
How do you pronounce Wylene?

I like James Isaac--to me it doesn't seem too plain, but slightly repetitive, with the double long 'a' sounds. Reading through the lists again, I like Irvin James, too.

Also, I don't know if this works for the family trend you're going for, but different forms of the names you listed--like Victoria instead of Vicky, Kathryn/Katherine instead of Katie, Leanne instead of Lee and Anne, et cetera. Just a thought :)

perhaps James Isaac lastname? Isaac James lastname?

Elle-Myra, you could do Elle then Myra as a middle name.

Instead of Lee, could you do something else like Leigh? Leo (for a boy)?

Also- yes. Isaac James is good.

Hiram is cute- i've never heard that before.

Isaac Walter
Isaac David
Isaac Henry
Henry Walter
Walter Henry

Really, I like any of the boy names except DeVal, Hiram, and Irvin.

For girl names, I like Frances, Katie, Virginia, Mary, and Anne.

Virginia Frances
Katie Anne

For the boys names, Henry or Joseph or James would be easiest to pull off. The middle names could be something old man-sounding, but that wouldn't really matter.

Frances for a girl would be really pretty. I like that. Helen and Katie are also nice choices.

Funnily enough Adelaide is a family name for me too!
I like the name wylene too.
As someone mentioned above...[and as i said i will do with Helen/Helene] you could always put your own spin on the names.
I am sure noone would be pedantic enough to be mad at you for naming your own children as you please! At the end of the day, you're the one who is going to be yelling their name out a million times a day :P, it may as well be a name you love that you are yelling!

In my opinion, it's the same thing, especially since many nicknames people will call them (them being your future children) are derived from other/longer forms of the name. Your family may not have the same opinion, but ultimately, these are your children and you should be happy with their name.

Wow i'd spit in the face of trasition myself! However..

since you love Isaac it's safe to say you'd most likely use that as a first name?
Isaac Henry, Isaac James & Isaac Joseph are nice.

I'm struggling to like any of your female names, but perhaps you could do what I might possibly do and stick the Mary & Elle together, Marielle/Mariella.
Mary is a family name of mine, I hate it.. but love Mariella.

Anna Marielle (rather than Anne) is pretty.

Maybe do Caitlin instead of Katie? I dunno. It's easier with the boy's names because you could do almost any combination and you'd have a nice, strong name. I like Isaac Henry. The girls names are harder because they are outdated and nicknamey.

Honestly though, don't worry about what people will say and just name your kid whatever you want. You could throw in one of those as a middle name if you wanted - Haley Virginia or Adelaide Sue. It's your child and no one else's (except the father!). What if the dad comes with his own naming tradition? Blah.

I think Mary Frances sounds cute. My dad wanted to name my sister that, as a double first name, but my mom decided against it. With some accents Frances does sound sort of nasally, I guess, was one reason for the hesitation.

There's a town called Hiram in Ohio, so at least some people could probably say it correctly.
I think it's a nice enough name. Kind of old-fashioned, perhaps.
