The wife of the mayor of my city gave birth to a daughter this morning. They named her Sienna Cedar Francis. Francis is the last name, I have no idea where Cedar comes from. The only thing I can think of is that he's Lebanese, so maybe that's his way of paying tribute...? Or I could be completely wrong, and they just thought Cedar sounded like a neat name. XD

What do you think?

Whenever I hear Cedar, Lebanon is the first thing that comes to my mind, so I bet you're right. Also, Sienna is a tree too...maybe they were going for some kind of tree theme. Anyway I think the whole name sounds nice ; )

The names really cute, but the way both names start with a "s" sound makes sound a little weird. But still cute.

I am a little out of the loop here - what is the link between Cedar and Lebanon? Anyway, I really like the name.

I like it a lot. It's a bit alliterative, but I like the individual names quite a bit.

I can only think of Cheddar Cheese!
I'm not too fond of Sienna, but there's worse.. maybe, just too many 's' sounds in her full name!
