tonight on supernanny the family had three kids all with k names
from oldest to youngest;

khalen (cal-lynn) [b]
kolben [b]
kadence [g]

what do you think?
personally, kadence is my number one girl name but i wouldn't choose that spelling, but i think it goes great with the sibset.
i really love all the names!

also;
the mom in the show is having another kid! she didn't say the name but what name would go good to finish up the sibset?
definitely a k name!

I hate the idea of HAVING to match a "sibset". Each childis their OWN PERSON, and their name should fit THEM, and not have to fit their sisters and brothers.

Even though we have changed our baby girl's (due in september) name from Keladry to Annika, people STILL bitch about it "not matching" her brothers. "But Seth and Christopher (Topher!) are such NORMAL NAMES!!11!11! You can't possible curse (!) the baby with something like Annika!!!"

SIBSETS ARE STUPID.

And all those names from the show are horrendous. :(

I really hate it when people spell Cadence with a K because it's a word/name, not just another made up 'Kay' name. The other boy names just aren't my style at all.

Yes, I was saying since we were going to name her Keladry, and are now naming her Annika (thus going from a "bad" name to a more "normal" one), people are STILL complaining that she won't "match". *gr*

i agree with you. my sister and i have names starting with the same letter, and i've never liked that. i don't think it was really intentional, but it was still really irritating.

seth, christopher, and annika are great names, i'd like to add. and i think they go perfectly fine together, it's not a bizarre combination, and they each have their own individual name.

Khalen looks like a girl's name to me. In pronunciation, it's not quite so much (if only because it sounds like someone saying "Colin" strangely).

Honestly, I think it's horrific. Sibling K matching to that extent, the names she picked... just... not my taste.

But if they're all happy about it...
