Harry Brighton? That sounds kind of like a romance novel hero's sort of name. I like the other boys names though.

girls names I like Anastasia (nn can be Tansy), Emmeline and Louisa. Lavender is unusual. Rowan I don't like as there is a famous comedian/actor (male) named Rowan Atkinson so I just think of it as a boy's name.

My favorites are Daniel Sebastian and Louisa Pearl. I'm not usually a fan of 'old-fashioned' names but Louisa Pearl is just beautiful!

I quite like all of those, though probably wouldn't use them myself.
They're very classic, unusual without being 'out there', and also sound quite 'British'*, which I guess is a good thing.

*Actually am British myself, so realise most kids here aren't called those sorts of names, but can see/appreciate the effect.

I almost didn't get it. :-P Truly, though, I was most sure when I saw Lavender Bronwen, because it's so close to Lavender Brown.

That wasn't planned. I couldn't find a name to match Lavender and then I just came up with Lavender Bronwen. A day later, I was like, 'Lavender Bronwen=Lavender Brown. Jeez..' hehe :)
